● We can accept your request on the day of your visit if there are vacancies and we have the necessary staff. Please call us to confirm.

● If you are a first-time visitor, please come and visit the nursery school once, as there will be paperwork and confirmations you will need to fill out. Please arrive about 20 minutes early on the day of your visit.

● Registration begins at 8:30am.

*Please fill out the temporary childcare reception form.

* You may enter the room 5 minutes before your reservation time.

● When leaving the nursery room, please let your child know before leaving.

● A change of clothes (three sets of tops and bottoms)

● 4 large and 4 small plastic bags (for dirty items)

● Diaper set (diapers, baby wipes, changing mat or bath towel)

● Lunch (for those who provide childcare between 11am and 12pm)

* Please bring baby food utensils, a meal apron, a moistened mouth towel, and a towel if necessary.

● Drinks and snacks (also for use in emergencies)

● Milk and baby bottles (if necessary)

● Nap set (for those who take a nap)

★ Please make sure to clearly write your name on all your belongings.
★ Please keep your belongings together.

● We do not provide care for sick children or children who have been sick for a long time.

(If your child is currently receiving medical treatment, is taking medication, or has cold symptoms such as coughing, runny nose, or fever, or symptoms that may be contagious, such as diarrhea or a rash.)

● If your child has a fever of 37.5°C or above or is otherwise unwell, we will contact you, so please come and pick them up as soon as possible. In addition, if your child is injured and requires first aid, we may contact the parents to have them examined, so please be sure to let us know your emergency contact details.

● Medical procedures such as administering medication cannot be performed.

● If you are going to be late for pick-up on the day or will not be able to make it in time for pick-up, please be sure to contact us.

● Be sure to notify us of any changes to your registration information.

● Please call a staff member and sign the temporary childcare reception form before coming to the childcare room to pick up your child.

* Please pick up your child within the reserved time. If you are going to be late, please contact us before the scheduled time.

* Please pay the fee when you pick up your pet. Please do not give exact change.

● For safety reasons, please remove your socks while in the nursery room.

● Please place your child's shoes in a plastic bag and place them in the shoe locker.
