In addition, dental clinics that are also located nationwide provide a service where childcare workers can look after children free of charge during treatment. This temporary childcare service is used approximately 3,700 times a year nationwide. This experience is also put to good use in the operation of childcare centers in various regions. We will continue to work hard to spread the circle of smiles from our patients to the local community.

1. What age range can I leave my children in?

We look after children aged 0 months or older, ranging from 2 to 4 years old (age as of April 1st of the school year in which they are enrolled).

2Is there temporary care available?

We provide temporary childcare for the following people: ① Temporary childcare for children of patients visiting Asuto Nagamachi Dental Clinic (free of charge) ② Children other than those in ① (Charged: Please contact us for details. For inquiries, please contactCLICK HERE※Both ① and ② are by reservation only. ※② is a surplus utilization type, so it can only be used when there are openings in the regular admission slots (20 people).

3.Do you provide childcare for sick children or night-time childcare?

Is it possible to enroll in the middle of the 4th year?

5Is there a trial period for childcare?

Yes, we will. After consulting with the parents, we will monitor the child's condition and gradually help them get used to life at the nursery school, so please rest assured.

6. What should I purchase when I enroll?

This will vary depending on the age of your child, so your childcare provider will explain this to you when you apply for admission.

7Please tell me the capacity.

The maximum capacity is 20 people. Breakdown: 0-year-olds: 5 people, 1-year-olds: 6 people, 2-year-olds: 9 people

8Are there school lunches and snacks?

Our nursery school provides all meals, which are cooked in-house. Snacks will also be provided.

9How do you deal with allergies?

Our nursery school strives to take appropriate measures in accordance with the "Guidelines for dealing with allergies in nursery schools" established by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. 10What will you do if my child becomes ill during childcare?

If your child develops a fever of 37.5°C or above, or experiences diarrhea or vomiting during care, we will contact the parents and ask them to pick up the child. In emergency cases, we will contact the parents and take the child to the hospital.

11Is childcare available on weekends and holidays?

We also provide childcare on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

12Is there extended childcare?

13Can I get to and from the venue by car?

There is a parking lot on-site, so we can provide car pick-up and drop-off services in the morning and evening.

14Can you take care of my child when he is sick?

Our nursery does not provide care for sick or recovering children. Please refrain from coming to the nursery if your child has a fever of 37.5°C or higher. In addition, if your child develops a fever during care, you may be asked to pick them up.

15Is there a shuttle bus?

Unfortunately, we do not have a school bus. We ask parents to take their children to and from school.

16Are there any events that parents can participate in?

We provide opportunities to share your child's progress, such as at open school days and the summer festival.
