The cause of crooked teeth is not genetic. It is believed that the cause is insufficient use of the muscles around the mouth during growth, resulting in insufficient jaw growth and a lack of space in the mouth for the teeth to grow. At our clinic, we provide preventive orthodontic treatment through oral training (MFT), which teaches patients how to use their oral muscles correctly, supports jaw growth, and leads to natural, correct tooth alignment without putting a great strain on the body.

Training
We use an IOS scanner to measure the size of the oral cavity and collect data. We provide training that approaches not only oral and physical function but also dental alignment from various angles, aiming to eliminate habits that affect development.

Wearing a simple mouthpiece

The patient will wear the mouthpiece for one hour during the day and while sleeping at night, and will undergo individualized training programs. There is no need to wear the braces when going out or eating, and there is almost no discomfort like with braces.
MFT Program Flow
STEP.1 Counseling
First, we will ask you about your child's teeth alignment, oral habits, and any concerns you may have, and what you would like to improve. We will then examine the alignment of the teeth and provide a rough explanation of the treatment, an outlook, and an estimate.
A detailed medical interview will be conducted to create a treatment plan for the MFT program.
STEP.2 Detailed examination and diagnosis
Based on the answers you provide to the medical questionnaire, we will examine your teeth alignment and bite (collecting data), take intraoral, facial, and full-body photographs, create a treatment plan, and explain the training content and how to use the devices.
STEP.3 Treatment begins
You will be asked to come to the clinic once a month, where we will take intraoral, facial, and full-body photographs to check your training content, the condition of your appliances, your dental alignment, and your oral habits. A dedicated trainer will create a menu tailored to each individual (for approximately 1 to 2 years).
STEP.4 All treatments completed
You will be asked to visit the clinic once every few months, and treatment will be completed once we have confirmed that all permanent teeth have grown in and are stable.
