The world's first periodontal treatment device
Blue Radical

For teeth with severe periodontal disease, radical sterilization technology using hydrogen peroxide and laser irradiation is used to kill oral bacteria, reducing gum swelling and periodontal pockets.

Invisalign

This is an orthodontic system that gradually straightens teeth by wearing mouthpiece-type orthodontic devices for a certain amount of time every day and replacing them every two weeks. Not only are the devices removable and easy to clean, but they are also comfortable to wear and unnoticeable in appearance.

Oral dysfunction

If your child has habits such as having their mouth wide open, chewing slowly, or munching loudly while eating, they may have oral dysfunction.

MFT Program

This preventative orthodontic treatment corrects bad oral habits, strengthens the muscles around the mouth, and promotes proper tooth alignment. It also affects the function of the entire skeleton, muscles, and brain, bringing many benefits to growing children.

Preventive dentistry starting from age 0

Oral and physical health are closely linked. In fact, the development of a healthy body for your child also starts with early prevention of tooth decay. Let's find out what adults can do at the dentist to ensure the beautiful white teeth and smile of your newborn.

Oral surgery by specialists

Our clinic employs Professor Mataga, professor emeritus at Nihon University School of Dentistry, who performs difficult tooth extractions such as impacted teeth.

Matsumura Second Dental Clinic Ryuji Koike

Aiming to be a clinic that is easy for patients to visit

Our clinic opened in 2000 and aims to be a clinic that is rooted in local medical care and can provide long-term support to our patients.
When do you go to the dentist?
There are many times when you might want to do this, such as when you experience pain, when you want to remove stains, or when your dentures start to feel uncomfortable.
Problems in the mouth usually don't cause much pain, but they can progress without you realizing it.
And when the pain is obvious, it is often very difficult to cure.
The best way to treat oral problems is to find them early and treat them early. However, I cannot deny that many people have the image that going to the dentist is a painful experience.
We aim to be a clinic that can change that image, and we are continually improving our facilities, service, and treatment techniques.
Our goal is to be a dentist that people can visit with the same feeling as a beauty salon.
We aim to be a clinic where patients say they come not because they are in pain, but because they want to have a clean mouth and keep their mouth clean all the time, so that they can chew with their own teeth for the rest of their lives.
Let's think about your oral health together.

Founded 44 years ago with "team medical care" About the Tokushinkai Medical Corporation Group

The Tokushinkai Group began in 1981 in the former Niitsu City, Niigata Prefecture (now Akiha Ward, Niigata City), a small rural town with a population of about 6.
We started out as a typical small dental clinic with three treatment units and six staff members, but since our founding we have always strived to provide patient-centered dental care.
Furthermore, ever since our founding, we have had doubts about the outdated dental industry, and with the aim of "creating the world's best dental group," we have sought to break away from an industry dependent on the state and instead build an organization that contributes to the nation.
As of September 45, 2025 years after our founding, we have grown into an organization with 12 locations around the world, employing over 98 staff members representing 10 nationalities.
Within Japan, we are one of the largest dental medical groups, treating approximately 0.3 patients per year, which is equivalent to approximately 70% of the total number of dental patients in the nation.
Additionally, in the field of dental technology, we have manufacturing bases and design centers in Japan, the United States (LA, Dallas), Myanmar, and Thailand (Bangkok), and are involved in the manufacture of dental prostheses for countries all over the world.
The Tokushinkai Group will continue to develop people and organizations that will help bring back confidence and vitality to Japan through the field of dentistry.
