Comments from Doctor

With the introduction of the 3D digital scanner "iTero",
Treatment is "fast, accurate, and comfortable"

With the introduction of the latest 3D digital scanner "iTero," it is now possible to create highly accurate mouthpieces that are made entirely digitally. In addition to improving technical precision, the elimination of the need to fill the mouth with impression material to take a mold as in the past not only speeds up the process but also makes it easier for people with strong gag reflexes who have difficulty with molds. In addition, because dental impressions are handled as digital data, there is no time required for physical transportation, and the time it takes for the mouthpiece to be delivered has been shortened. Another major benefit is that it is now possible to simulate the oral cavity after orthodontic treatment during pre-consultation.

Benefits of Invisalign orthodontic treatment

No dietary restrictions

Since the braces can be removed during meals, you don't have to worry about hard foods or foods that can get caught in them, as you do with regular wire braces. You can eat whatever you like.

Brushing and caring for the appliance
Easy

The device is removable, so you can brush your teeth as you normally would. The mouthpiece can also be easily cleaned by simply soaking it in a special cleaning solution.

Does not hurt the inside of your mouth

With wire braces, the unevenness of the appliance comes into contact with the inside of the mouth, which can cause pain or mouth ulcers, but there is no risk of this with a mouthpiece.

Those who are concerned about metal allergies
But it's okay

Unlike wire braces, no metal parts are used, so it can be used by people with metal allergies.

From teenagers to the elderly
Can be treated

Children can receive treatment as long as all of their permanent teeth have grown in, and older adults can receive treatment as long as the bones supporting the teeth are strong.

The number of visits to the hospital can be varied

With Invisalign, you work at home and change the mouthpieces every two weeks, so if you follow the instructions closely, you can only need to come to the clinic every one to three months.

Transparent so it's hard to notice

The mouthpiece is transparent and not very thick, so it doesn't stand out.

Flow of Invisalign orthodontic treatment

STEP.1 First consultation counseling (free consultation)

First, please come in for a free consultation. We will check the current condition of your mouth and create a treatment plan. Using the latest intraoral digital scanner, we are able to simulate the treatment progress. We will explain the treatment plan to you while you look at it together.

STEP.2 Collecting data (examination and diagnosis)

We will take intraoral photographs and X-rays to accurately grasp the condition of your mouth and face and determine a treatment plan. From here, we will begin making the mouthpiece.

STEP.3 Mouthpiece installation

It takes about two weeks for the mouthpiece to be made. Once it arrives, you will wear it every day and replace it with a new mouthpiece every two weeks to gradually move your teeth.

STEP.4 Checking treatment progress

You will be asked to come to the clinic at the intervals you have agreed upon, and we will continue to monitor your progress as we proceed with treatment.

STEP.5 Orthodontic treatment completion/maintenance period

Once you have worn all the mouthpieces that we have given you, your treatment will be complete. After treatment, you may need to wear a retainer to prevent your teeth from becoming misaligned again.
