Wisdom tooth extraction
Like other teeth, wisdom teeth do not cause any problems if they grow straight and fit into your bite, but if they grow sideways or at an angle and hit the teeth in front of them, they may need to be removed.
Temporomandibular disorders
This is a condition in which the jaw becomes stiff or gets stuck when opening and closing the mouth, making it difficult to open the mouth, or causing pain in the jaw.
Reduction of bone prominence
A bone spur is a bump that protrudes around the gums or the upper jaw bone. If it does not interfere with your daily life, there is no need to remove it, but there are cases where treatment is required.
Trauma
We provide treatment for injuries such as "I fell and hit my front tooth," "My tongue or lip was cut," or "I was hit by a ball and my tooth moved," with procedures such as suturing and moving teeth back to their original positions.
dental infections
If you leave wisdom teeth that are repeatedly inflamed, teeth with inflammation at the end of the root, or teeth with periodontal disease untreated, serious inflammation may occur.
mucosal disease
We diagnose and treat mucosal diseases such as stomatitis that is difficult to cure, leukoplakia (whitening of the mucous membrane), lichen planus, and oral candidiasis.
[Case] A man in his 40s: "My front tooth broke and it looks bad." We performed a root extrusion procedure to pull the broken tooth out from inside the gums, and were able to put in a new cap, restoring the appearance and allowing him to chew with his front tooth.
[Case] A man in his 40s who was in pain due to pus accumulation had a tooth that was so inflamed that root treatment was difficult. The tooth was extracted once, the pus was removed, and then the tooth was placed back in place using a "replantation technique."
[Case] A man in his 40s who was concerned about the appearance of his receding gums on his front teeth. A gum graft procedure was performed to protect the exposed tooth roots, improving the appearance and avoiding the risk of tooth extraction.
[Case] A man in his 30s who wanted treatment because his tooth decay had progressed and he was in a lot of pain. After extracting a tooth with a cracked root, he had a healthy wisdom tooth transplanted to restore the appearance and enable him to chew without discomfort.
[Case] A man in his 30s had swollen gums and tooth pain. He underwent a surgical procedure called crown lengthening to lower the position of the gums, and a well-fitting cap was fitted to relieve inflammation of the gums and the tip of the tooth root.
