Since May 2023, "Radio Itto Juku," hosted by Tokushinkai Group Chairman Matsumura, has been airing on Radio NIKKEI 1. The program follows the theme of "Learning about the way of life from people who have mastered a single path," which has been the theme of the "Itto Juku" that the Tokushinkai Group has been hosting since 1995, and features interviews with people who have been active in various fields.

The 21st episode, featuring Mr. Tetsuo Nakao, former chairman of the Intec Group and currently the representative of Shido Management Research Institute, as a guest, has now aired.



Mr. Nakao has held numerous important positions, including Honorary Chairman of Kataller Toyama, Special Advisor to the Toyama Economic Doyukai, Honorary Citizen of Uozu City, and Honorary Citizen of Toyama City, and has dedicated himself for many years not only to corporate management but also to the development of the local community.

In the conversation, he spoke about his upbringing and experiences as a student, as well as his thoughts on corporate management, human resource development, and contributions to the community and society. In addition to the management philosophy cultivated from the hardships of the founding period and numerous experiences, he also touched upon his attitude of valuing relationships with people and his expectations for the younger generation who will lead the next generation. It was a very insightful conversation that conveyed the beliefs, values, and philosophy of "serving society" that he has consistently cherished.
