July 17, 2026
On July 17, 2026, the Tokushinkai Study Group (TSG) held an implant training session at Kasuga Dental Clinic.
Tokushinkai Study Group is a training course launched in 2024 with the aim of further improving the skills of medical staff and increasing patient satisfaction.
This training will be taught by a team of lecturers led by Dr. Kuribayashi Yutaro, Head of Medical Department, and is open to dentists from all over the country who are members of the Tokushinkai Group.
This time, we invited Dr. Makoto Ogawa (Director of Wakabadai Dental Clinic, part of our group) and Dr. Yuki Yoshizawa (Director of Kasuga Dental Clinic, part of our group), both certified JSOI specialists by the Japanese Society of Oral Implantology, to serve as instructors. In the morning, they lectured on points to note in implant surgery and key points for appropriate diagnosis. In the afternoon, we conducted practical training using models to simulate actual cases and aimed to acquire more practical skills.
Implant treatment is the treatment option for missing teeth that can restore the functionality and appearance of natural teeth. However, it is also a treatment that causes a lot of anxiety for patients who undergo surgery. Our group has many doctors who have been certified by academic societies for their achievements and knowledge of implant treatment, and by providing training in various locations, we have established a system where patients can receive implant treatment with peace of mind, regardless of their area.
