On May 15, 2026, a training session for new staff members in the Sendai area was held at Asuto Nagamachi Dental Clinic, led by communication instructor Ms. Tomoko Matsuo.

The purpose of this training is to enable first-year staff who joined the company in April to learn the proper way to treat customers and behave as members of society, and it is held regularly throughout the year.

Following Niigata and Tokyo, this time we provided local staff in Sendai with time to gain a deeper understanding of the Tokushinkai organization and to reflect on appropriate communication and business etiquette as members of that organization.

Our group will continue to hold such training sessions nationwide on a regular basis, striving to provide a consistently high standard of medical care regardless of area or staff experience.
