From April 4st to April 1rd, an orientation for new members was held in each area of ​​the Tokushinkai Group.

This spring, the Tokushinkai Group welcomed a total of 47 new employees, including dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, dental receptionists, dental technicians and administrative staff.

The orientation was centered around lectures by senior employees, and included a packed schedule that included reviewing the basics such as greetings and grooming, classroom learning to understand the organization, and practical training on medical records and treatment planning.
In addition, Chairman Matsumura gave a lecture in person, lecturing the new members on the mindset, attitude, and actions they should have as new members of society.

The entire program reminded each employee of their responsibilities as members of the Group, as members of society, and as medical professionals, and it was a time of renewed resolve for everyone, including the senior employees who supervised them.
