On March 27, 2026, we held a TC (Treatment Coordinator) customer service training session at Tokushinkai Quartz Tower, with communication instructor Ms. Tomoko Matsuo as our guest speaker.

A Treatment Coordinator (TC) acts as a liaison between the dentist/dental hygienist and the patient, explaining the treatment details, treatment plan, costs, and duration of visits while addressing the patient's concerns and questions, ensuring they can receive treatment with peace of mind.

In this training, we learned about the basic roles and concepts of a Treatment Coordinator (TC), practiced counseling, and how to provide compassionate care to patients. Through role-playing exercises simulating actual clinical situations, we received guidance on expressions and language that would put patients at ease.

Patients who visit dental clinics have a variety of concerns, and we understand that their anxiety increases as the physical and financial burdens of treatment become greater. That is why we believe the role of treatment coordinators (TCs) in supporting patients and accompanying them through treatment and decision-making is extremely important. Our group will continue to hold such training sessions regularly to ensure that patients can receive treatment with peace of mind.
