On February 20th, we held an "Online Medical Record Disclosure and Hospitality Contest" at Matsumura Dental Niitsu Clinic, inviting Dr. Tomoko Matsuo and Dr. Nami Usui, who have been helping us with training in hospitality etiquette and telephone answering.

Our group holds various internal contests and study groups every day to improve the skills of our medical staff and create clinics that are easy for patients to visit.

This time, we held a contest where staff from each region demonstrated their treatment explanation and customer service skills online and were judged by instructors.

Our group was the first in Japan to disclose medical records to patients, and we are committed to explaining the details of the treatment and charges for that day to patients. We place great importance on communication within the clinic, eliminating any unclear aspects of treatment and providing warm, hospitable service to alleviate any anxiety or discomfort patients may have.

This time, the teachers judged the students' daily efforts and selected the top six recipients.

Our group will continue to make such efforts in the future, striving to ensure that patients can visit all of our clinics across the country comfortably.
