On September 2025, 10, we held a photography training session at Matsumura Dental Niitsu Clinic, inviting professional photographer Dr. Kojima Miki.
The Tokushinkai Group regularly holds this "photo training" course. Since intraoral photographs are used in dental treatment for examinations, diagnoses, follow-up observations, and explanations to patients, we have set up training sessions like this one where we are instructed by professional photographers.
In the first half of the day, participants learned basic camera knowledge such as shutter speed, aperture, ISO sensitivity, and white balance, and in the second half, they practiced taking intraoral photographs. During the practical training, participants applied the knowledge they learned in the first half and honed their skills by discussing photography methods that do not cause discomfort to patients.
Our group will continue to hold training sessions like this to enable patients to undergo treatment with peace of mind through more accurate examinations and diagnoses and satisfactory explanations.
