On June 2025, 6, Tokushinkai Study Group (TSG) held a practical training session and lecture at Tokushinkai Quartz Tower.

Tokushinkai Study Group is a training course that was launched in 2024 with the aim of further improving the skills of dentists and increasing patient satisfaction.
This training will be taught by a team of lecturers led by Dr. Kuribayashi Yutaro, Head of Medical Department, and is open to dentists from all over the country who are members of the Tokushinkai Group.

This time, we invited Professor Takeichiro Hayashi, professor of the Department of Periodontology, Department of Oral Bioregenerative Medical Engineering, Faculty of Dentistry, Meikai University, as the lecturer, and after giving a lecture on the treatment of gummy smiles (a condition in which the gums are widely exposed when smiling), as a demonstration to the participants, he actually performed a diagnosis and suturing procedure on an employee who wanted to treat their gummy smile. After that, we had a hands-on training session using a pig's jawbone, where the participants learned the surgical techniques with a feeling closer to reality than they could get from a model.

Our group will continue to hold this type of training every month, striving to provide a stable, high level of medical care regardless of area or staff experience.
