On May 2025, 5, a training session for new staff in the Osaka area was held at Esaka Dental Clinic, led by communication instructor Tomoko Matsuo.

The purpose of this training is to enable first-year staff who joined the company in April to learn the proper customer service practices and behavior required for working adults, and it is held regularly throughout the year.
Following Niigata and Tokyo, this time the event was aimed at local staff in Osaka, starting with gaining a deeper understanding of Tokushinkai as an organization, and then deepening their understanding of appropriate communication and business etiquette for members of that organization.

Our group will continue to provide this type of training nationwide in the future, striving to provide a consistently high standard of medical care regardless of area or staff experience.
