On April 2025, 4, a training session for new staff in the Tokyo area was held at Tokushinkai Quartz Tower, led by communications instructor Tomoko Matsuo.

The purpose of this training is to enable first-year staff who joined the company in April to learn the proper way to treat customers and behave as members of society, and it is held regularly throughout the year.

This training, which is being held in each region, began in Niigata Prefecture last week and was held in Tokyo on this day. This time, participants deepened their understanding by mixing lectures and practical training on language to be careful of, techniques to promote communication, ways of speaking and interacting with others that make a good first impression, and other things to keep in mind.

Our group will continue to hold such training sessions nationwide on a regular basis, striving to provide a consistently high standard of medical care regardless of area or staff experience.
