On August 2024, 8, the Tokushinkai Study Group (TSG) dental hygienist training session was held at Esaka Dental Clinic.

Tokushinkai Study Group is a training course that was launched in 2024 with the aim of further improving the skills of dentists and dental hygienists and increasing patient satisfaction.
This training will be taught by a team of lecturers led by Dr. Kuribayashi Yuutaro, Head of Medical Department, and is open to medical staff from the Tokushinkai Group throughout the country.

This time, dental hygienist managers from around the country served as lecturers, and participants deepened their understanding by combining lectures and practical training on the etiology of periodontal disease and how to utilize the latest equipment in treatment.

It is said that approximately 8% of adults suffer from periodontal disease, and it is also known as a "national disease." It is a terrible disease that progresses without any noticeable symptoms and affects the health of the entire body. Our dental hygienists regularly attend training sessions like this one to review the basic theory and update their knowledge so that each individual can respond appropriately to periodontal disease, and we hope to contribute to the health of the local community.
