The "Medical Department New Employee Employment Ceremony" was held at Tokushinkai Group clinics across the country.

Starting next spring, the 47 successful applicants will become part of the Tokushinkai Group's medical department.

At the ceremony, congratulatory messages were delivered, job offer certificates were presented, and a lecture was given on the history and philosophy of the Tokushinkai Group, as well as the mindset required for working in the medical field and as members of society.

Afterwards, we had a social gathering with senior employees. It was impressive to see all the participants with happy smiles on their faces, and I think they were able to deepen their relationships with their seniors as well as their peers.

After observing today's situation, I am confident that all of the new employees will play an active role in their respective fields from April. We will further strengthen our organization and create an environment in which we can provide staff training at a higher level than before, and work together as a team to create a clinic where patients can feel comfortable and comfortable visiting.
