Naoki Hayashi, a dental technician of the Tokushinkai Group, has achieved the remarkable feat of being the first in the Japanese dental world to be selected as an Honorary Fellow (one of only 10 in the world) of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (AAED).

Founded in 1975, AAED is the most prestigious academic society in the American dental world, bringing together specialists from all over the United States who aspire to perform aesthetic dental treatment. Membership in the society requires a rigorous screening process, and simply being certified as a member (limited to 120 people worldwide) means you are widely known as an elite member of the global dental world. With many dentists from around the world hoping to join the society, Hayashi was elected as a member in 2017, and has now achieved the remarkable feat of being elected as an Honorary Fellow of the AAED, the highest level of membership.

Currently, there are only ten people in the world who are AAED Honorary Fellows, all of whom are known worldwide as masters and legends in the field of dentistry. Naoki Hayashi of the Tokushinkai Group has been selected as the first Japanese to receive the Honorary Fellowship, which is a remarkable achievement for the Japanese dental community.
