On January 2024, 1, a "Brush-up Training" session was held at Tokushinkai Quartz Tower by communication instructor Tomoko Matsuo.

Professor Matsuo, who has been working hard on training new employees throughout the year, held a brush-up training session aimed at improving customer service and work quality, which included senior employees, following on from last month.

In this training, we practice an approach to achieving goals using the "Mandala Chart," which has become a hot topic after being used by Major League Baseball player Shohei Otani. This time, each participant reflected on and presented their progress toward the goals they set in the first session, and then reconsidered their approach based on the new perspectives they found.

With each session, the strengths and challenges became clearer for both the individual participants and the team that works together on a daily basis, making this a very meaningful training session that can be applied to daily work.

Our group will continue to provide this type of training nationwide in the future, striving to provide a consistently high standard of medical care regardless of area or staff experience.
