History

The charter was drafted in 1997 to aim to become a unique dental group with an independent organizational management in the Japanese dental industry, which is highly dependent on the state. It clearly states that the organization will be multi-polar and diversified on the global stage, and will not be solely dependent on the Japanese insurance system (medical fee).
