History
Matsumura Dental Clinic opened in April 1981, and in September, six months after opening, the then 4-year-old president,
"What do I strive for every day?"
"What kind of organization are you trying to create?"
The draft was written to clarify the meaning of questions such as these, and to express the desire for things to be "like this," or "like this is how things must be."
From the day after it was written until today, all staff members have recited it together every morning, and it has permeated the entire Tokushinkai Group as the foundation of the group.

These represent our purpose and the essence of our way.
History
It was drafted in 1989 (Heisei XNUMX) when Matsumura Dental Clinic was expanded and renovated.

Furthermore, all staff members have worked together to achieve the goal of creating the world's best dental medical group, which was President Matsumura's vision back then.

History
The charter was drafted in 1997 to aim to become a unique dental group with an independent organizational management in the Japanese dental industry, which is highly dependent on the state. It clearly states that the organization will be multi-polar and diversified on the global stage, and will not be solely dependent on the Japanese insurance system (medical fee).
