Ahead of its time
Aiming to become a dental medical group

  On April 4th of this year, the Tokushinkai Group will celebrate its 16th year since its founding.
1981 years have passed since we started out in 6 as an ordinary dental clinic with three treatment units and six staff members in the former Niitsu city in Niigata Prefecture, a town with a population of about 3.
Now in 44, 2025 years later, we have grown into an organization with 98 locations around the world, employing over 10 staff members representing 1,400 nationalities.
In Japan, we are the largest dental medical group, treating approximately 0.3 patients per year, which is equivalent to approximately 70% of the total number of dental patients in the nation.
In addition, in the field of dental technology, we have manufacturing bases in Japan, the US (LA, Dallas), Myanmar, and Thailand (Bangkok), and this year we are opening a sales office in Nevada (USA). By creating an industry that can earn foreign currency in the dental technology field, we are taking on the challenge of structurally transforming our business model from one that is dependent on the state to one that contributes to the state.

Throughout its 44-year history, the Tokushinkai Group has consistently clarified its organizational philosophy and has continued to build an organization based on that philosophy.

< Pledge of Independence and Creativity >

(Drafted September 1997)

Ⅰ Pledge to Independence

<As an organization>
We will create an organization that can speak the truth persuasively.
1. Realize an organization that is independent from nations, regions, and industries through originality, multi-polarity, and diversification.
2. Realize an organization that can accumulate and return surplus capacity

<As a person>
We will fulfill our responsibilities as members of society to the fullest extent possible.
Aiming to become an independent member of society who keeps asserting rights to a minimum

II. Pledge to Create

<As an organization>
We will create a world-class, pioneering dental group.
1. Creation of organizational management
We will create an organization that is autonomous and independent and has excellent management.
2. Creating technological innovation
We aim to provide the best dental care in the world by constantly rejecting the status quo and innovating technology.

<As an individual>
We aim to become international people who can experience things for themselves, think for themselves, and express their own opinions.

Together with our colleagues who share our dreams and aspirations,
We believe that honest effort is the only way to open up the future.
I live with the belief that tomorrow will be infinitely brighter.

These principles are recited every morning at morning assembly across all regions and departments of the group.
Based on our "Clinical Philosophy" and "Medicine is People," Tokushinkai Group's field staff check their approach to the medical field on a daily basis.
Furthermore, the "Pledge of Independence and Creativity" states that the transformation of organizational management from one that is dependent on the state to one that contributes to the state is "the organization's mission."

  The medical field is a field that cannot be mechanized and is a job that is highly dependent on humans.
Developing human resources is the most important challenge for any organization, and it is a never-ending challenge.

  Although we are still only halfway to achieving our organization's mission, we intend to continue challenging ourselves to "create a dental care group that is ahead of its time."
