Home whitening aims to whiten the inside of your teeth. Even if you apply it to the surface of your teeth, it won't remove stains immediately, but it will start to remove stains once it penetrates the dentin inside the teeth.

Precautions for home whitening
- Even if you use the whitening gel for a long time, the effect will be the same after a certain point. As a guideline, we recommend using it for about 3 hours.
- When you are not used to the mouthpiece, you may feel some discomfort when you put it on, but you will usually get used to it within about three days and the discomfort will go away.
- If you only do home whitening, it will take about a week of daily use before you see visible results.
- Although this varies from person to person, it usually takes about 1 to 2 months to achieve the ideal whiteness.
