Requests regarding reservations RESERVED

01. Please make a reservation before coming to our clinic.

Our clinic operates on a reservation-only system. Please note that if you come to the clinic without making a reservation, you may have to wait a long time or we may not be able to treat you on the same day.

First time users

Please make a reservation in advance by phone or online (EPARK).

Book with EPARK

*If you make an online reservation, you will be treated as an emergency patient (separate from the regular reservation slots), and depending on the medical situation, you may have to wait 30 to 60 minutes. Thank you for your understanding.

Those currently receiving medical treatment

Please make a reservation at the reception desk after your appointment, or call us at a later date.

02. Please be on time for your reservation

If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, depending on the medical situation that day, you may not be able to receive the scheduled treatment or you may have to wait.
If for unavoidable reasons you are unable to make it on time, please contact us by phone.

03. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your reservation.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment due to illness or other reasons, please be sure to contact us by the end of treatment on the day before your appointment. Please refrain from canceling on the day of your appointment or canceling without permission, except in emergency cases.

If you continue to cancel, it may become more difficult to secure a reservation, and in some cases you may have to wait until a spot becomes available.
