GROUPAiming to
be a pioneering
dental care group
The Tokushinkai Group began in 1981 in the former Niitsu City, Niigata Prefecture (now Akiha Ward, Niigata City), a small rural town with a population of about 6.
We started out as a typical small dental clinic with three treatment units and six staff members, but since our founding we have always strived to provide patient-centered dental care.
Furthermore, ever since our founding, we have had doubts about the outdated dental industry, and with the aim of "creating the world's best dental group," we have sought to break away from an industry dependent on the state and instead build an organization that contributes to the nation.
As of September 46, 2026 years after our founding, we have grown into an organization with 4 locations around the world, employing over 98 staff members representing 10 nationalities.
Within Japan, we are one of the largest dental medical groups, treating approximately 0.3 patients per year, which is equivalent to approximately 75% of the total number of dental patients in the nation.
Additionally, in the field of dental technology, we have manufacturing bases and design centers in Japan, the United States (LA, Dallas), Myanmar, and Thailand (Bangkok), and are involved in the manufacture of dental prostheses for countries all over the world.
The Tokushinkai Group will continue to develop people and organizations that will help bring back confidence and vitality to Japan through the field of dentistry.
TEAMA team medical system that can only be realized by the
Tokushinkai Group
Since the beginning, the Tokushinkai Group has had dental treatment, dental laboratory and administrative departments. To provide high-quality dental care, close cooperation between the various departments with their respective specialties is essential. The dental laboratory department is based in the area where the Tokushinkai Group's clinics are located, and we work with dentists and dental hygienists to provide dental prostheses that meet the needs of our patients. This is team medical care that only Tokushinkai can provide, and we have a system in place to adequately respond to patients' anxieties and expectations.
At the Tokushinkai Group, various staff members in indirect departments such as management, childcare and cleaning support the medical department and strive to improve patient satisfaction.

Heartfelt hospitality

Educational system in collaboration with numerous specialists
The Tokushinkai Group provides patient treatment and staff training through renowned specialists. In order to treat an increasingly diverse range of patients, we work closely with general practitioners and specialists to create a high-quality medical environment.

To provide patient-centered treatment
In order to understand the patient's feelings and provide treatment with their consent, the on-site staff also needs to have "human skills."
In order to properly understand patients' requests and thoughts and respond appropriately, we provide a variety of educational programs, including lectures on "communication" and "culture" in addition to teaching treatment techniques.
RECRUITShare the growth
Since its founding in 1981, the Tokushinkai Group has always sought to provide patient-centered dental care.
We have grown to become one of the world's largest dental medical groups, currently treating approximately 75 patients annually. Come and "share" our growth with us as we strive to become the world's most advanced, pioneering dental medical group.
